The TE2A-V2 electronic transfer unit has been designed for a broad range of applications. Thanks to the total absence of mechanical connections, it can also be used on hydraulic presses, as well as on most mechanical presses. The numerous settings controlled by the electronic control make it versatile and quick to prepare for different types of jobs. Bar opening movement and machine feed are electronic. This way, endless feed steps and bar opening options are possible. Precision movement is achieved by means of brushless motors, absolute encoders and by the fact that the mechanical parts are fitted on recirculating ball guides. The closed-loop electronic control also ensures absolute movement safety and prevents errors and damage to the entire system.
