For strip feed requirements DI.GI.EMME has developed new electronic feeds “BF2002” and “BF 1502-Z”, with aluminium and steel structure.
Compact and efficient, currently they are among the fastest on the market. They require little floor space and are user friendly because they are designed on the experience of daily use.
Electronic feeders improve the performance of press installations thanks to the consistent maximum positioning accuracy. They also improve the quality of the workplace owing to the lower noise level and to the elimination of air pollution normally caused by air-oil mixtures typical of pneumatic feeders. |

Feeder BF2002
The DI.GI.EMME roller feeder, model BF2002, is compact, fast, efficient and easy to use. Both rolls are powered through a belt drive and Brushless motor: the top roll is movable and is controlled by a mechanism ensuring parallelism with the bottom roll. Pressure can be discharged from the rolls without moving them, thus avoiding noise and marks on the work metal. |

Stagger feed BF1502Z
The stagger feed BF1502Z has been designed to for significant material savings. It is of steel and aluminium construction. It is compact, fast, efficient and easy to use. The two axes are driven by low inertia, powerful Brushless motors. Both rolls are powered by a belt drive system. The traversing unit is driven through a recirculating ball feed screw for maximum positioning accuracy. Pressure can be discharged from the feed roll without moving it, thus avoiding noise and marks on the work metal.
