The T200 modular mechanical transfer is compact and fast. It can be applied to a wide range of presses, from the more conventional ones to the advanced straight-side presses. The transfer, designed for moving small and medium size parts, allows high performance in terms of speed and accuracy. The axes traverse on linear recirculating ball slideways. Lubrication is automatic through a built-in pump. The two units are coupled together with a torsion bar passing either underneath or sideways to the press without creating interference with the die. The movement is taken from the press though a safety coupling to inhibit the transfer in the case of abnormal movement.
