Eletro-mechanical transfer TEM 400 4S

The TEM 400 4S modular electro-mechanical transfer unit, designed for handling large parts, has a compact size and is multi-purpose. It can be easily applied to a wide range of gap-frame presses.

 

Feed movement is electronic with infinitely variable pitch, driven through Brushless motor with speed control. The axes run on linear slideways with recirculating ball feed screws. Lubrication of the components can be taken directly from the press lubrication system.

The transfer boxes have 2+2 mounting connected with a rotating shaft, which alowes fast modifications, adapting machine to different production needs.

 

The electro-mechanical transfer TEM 400 4S is supplied with a control system  housed in a control desk. The console allows easy control of all operations regarding the pitch settings and the relationship in the movements of the parts as well as the safety devices mounted on the mechanical section.
