Transfer designed to heavy transfer loads.

 

Transfer T150R2S and T150R4S have been designed to withstand heavy transfer loads but still retaining high speed performance.

 

The transfer T150R2S is built with two modules housing the drive cams and opening of the bars, while the transfer T150R4S is built with four modules.

 

Opening of the bars is ensured by direct coupling with the press slide.

Transport involves with timing belt drive systems.

There are not any drive members crossing the plane of the die or press.
The transfer can be provided with bars of structural aluminum or carbon fibres, size: 40x80, 30x60 and 20x60 mm.

 

Designed with transfer pitch of 150, bar opening 65 + 65 mm per side and speeds over 200 strokes/min for T150R2S  and over 120 strokes/min for the transfer T150R4S. Other transfer pitches and openings with difference performance characteristics available on request.
