TE3A500 and TE2A-V2 electronic transfer machines

 

The TE3A500 electronic transfer machine is designed to be used with medium and large parts which have to be lifted during movement from one station to the next.
This electronic transfer machine consists of four independent-drive units complete with electronically-controlled brushless motors. This feature ensures considerable operating versatility and adaptability to the different presses to which it must be fitted. The reduced size of the drive unit enables it to be installed inside the press on the die surface or between the “pillars”. The TE3A500 electronic transfer machine can be used in upside-down position, thus providing more space  on the die surface.
The TE3A500 transfer machine can be easily adapted to different widths by replacing  just a few parts.

 

The TE2A-V2 electronic transfer unit has been designed for a broad range of applications.
It can be used on hydraulic  presses, as well as on most mechanical presses. The numerous settings controlled by the electronic control make the electronic transfer unit versatile and quick to prepare for different types of jobs.
Bar opening movement and machine feed are electronic. The closed-loop electronic control also ensures absolute movement safety and prevents errors and damage to the entire system.
The TE2A-V2 electronic transfer unit is complete with cabinet control with Touch-Screen system, which makes use
easy and intuitive. Up to 100 different transfer unit operation programs can be stored inside the control memory.
