Electronic transfers TE 2A 300 e TE 2A 450

These transfers can be used on hydraulic presses as well as on most mechanical presses.

The wide range of adjustments handled by the electronic control system make it versatile and fast in the set-up for the various types of work.

The electronic bar opening and feed movements ensures the possibility of obtaining infinitely variable feed pitch and bar opening.

Accuracy of movement is achieved thanks to the brushless motor, absolute encoders and the mechanical components mounted on slideways with recirculating ball feed screws.

The electronic closed-loop control also makes for utmost safety in movement by preventing errors and damages to the entire system.

 

Electronic transfers TE 2A 300 and TE 2A 450 are provided with a control cabinet featuring a user friendly Touch screen system. Up to 100 different transfer operation programs can be stored in the memory of the control system.

 

Electronic transfers characteristics:

 

bar opening up to 240 mm per side;

• distance between outer edges of the open transfer bars adjustable up to a maximum of 950 mm (other distances available on request);
• inner edges bars minimal distance 130 mm; (manual adjustment);
• feed pitch and bar opening fully controlled by the electronic system, for highly versatile operation;
• safe error-free operation thanks to the closed-loop control through absolute position encoders, speed and acceleration.

 

The difference between electronic transfers is that the TE 2A 300 has the variable pitch up to a maximum of 300 mm, and the transfer TE 2A 450 has the variable pitch up to a maximum of 450 mm. The variable pitch is adjustable through the electronic control (larger increments available on request).
