Mechanical transfers production

 

Transfer T200 - the modular mechanical transfer is compact and fast.
 It can be applied to a wide range of presses, from the more conventional ones to the advanced straight-side presses. The modular mechanical transfer designed for moving small and medium size parts, allows high performance in terms of speed and accuracy.

Transfer T300R – the modular mechanical transfer is designed for moving medium-large components, up to a disc diameter of approx. 300 mm. This mechanical transfer is compact and multi-purpose. It can be applied to a wide range of gap-frame presses, or integrated in the more modern sidestraight presses with eccentric, toggle or Link-Drive mechanism.

 

The axes traverse on linear recirculating ball slideways. Lubrication is automatic through a built-in pump. The two units are coupled together with a torsion bar passing either underneath or sideways of the press without creating interference with the die. The movement is taken from the press though a safety coupling to inhibit the transfer in the case of abnormal movement.
