The TEM4004S modular electro-mechanical transfer unit, designed for handling medium-large parts, has a compact size and is multi-purpose. It can be easily applied to a wide range of gap-frame presses or else it can be incorporated in the very latest straight-side presses with drive of eccentric, knuckle-lever or Link-Driver type. The bar opening movement is taken directly from the press slide motion. This enables automatic synchronism with the actual press thus ensuring safety during bar opening and a consistent relationship in movements. Feed movement is electronic with infinitely variable pitch, driven through Brushless motor with speed control. The axes run on linear slideways with recirculating ball feed screws. Lubrication of the components can be taken directly from the press lubrication system. The transfer boxes have 2+2 mounting connected with a rotating shaft. This characteristic allow fast modifications, adapting machine to different production needs.
